Our Mission
Our Army is to deter aggression, and should deterrence fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory. Our Army is to be ready and capable of conducting a spectrum of operations to defend the security interests and sovereignty of Singapore.

Our Army is the bedrock of our nation's defence. We draw our strength from our Regulars, NSFs and Operationally Ready NSmen. We thrive on the support of our Families, Employers and fellow Singaporeans.

Safety is integral to mission success and is our core value.
We Trust our commanders and soldiers to do the right thing for safety on the ground as we train hard and realistically to achieve our Mission.
As Stewards of our Army, we proactively take Ownership of our personal safety, the safety of our buddy and other teammates.
We communicate Purpose clearly so that commanders and soldiers would look at safety as an enabler.
Our Army is committed towards workplace Occupational Health & Safety in training and in operations.
We will continue to make improvements in Occupational Health & Safety as well as adhering to applicable legislation and Authorised Operation Materials so as to ensure the well-being of our people.
