Convert to a full career
Upon the completion of your contract service, you have the option to embark on a full career under the Enhanced Officers Scheme (EOS) and receive a commitment bonus.

Flexible Benefits System (FLEX)
Each year, you will receive FLEX credits, which allows you to plan your own benefits according to your lifestyle. These credits can be used to purchase additional leave, or pay for insurance, vacations or your child’s education, among other things.
600 credits per year (non-accumulative)

Leave
You will be entitled to 14 to 18 days of annual leave, according to your educational level, service length and rank. Your leave entitlement will be upgraded once you have completed 10 years of continuous service. Also, you will be entitled to 14 days of Medical Leave and 60 days of extended Hospitalisation Leave if you are warded.
