One-time Bonus of $20,000 (Not applicable for Sponsorship Recipients).
Officers with strong military and academic standings would be accorded an additional top-up to their starting salary.

Benefits

Savings And Employee Retirement Plan (SAVER)
The SAVER plan is designed to provide retirement benefits to Officers so that they can retire from the SAF in a financially secure position.
Contributions of 15% of salary into SAVER account from first year in service until SAVER end date (SED) at age 44
Receive up to five months SAVER Bonus at age 25 and 28 and six months SAVER Bonus at age 31 and 34.

Flexible Benefits System (FLEX)

The flexible benefits schemes are designed to aid servicemen in meeting their life cycle needs.
FLEX quantum is tiered based on a serviceman’s reckonable length of service.
